Payment Options

We offer several convenient ways to purchase your favorite UControl Solutions products:

• Online orders - For online orders, simply order by clicking on the "Add Item To Cart" button. You will then be directed to a Paypal shopping cart where you can change the quantity desired, continue shopping, or proceed to a secured checkout. Please notice that if you don't have a "Paypal account" you can still proceed your order by clicking "Continue" on the shopping cart order (Bottom Left side).

• Email orders - Use the Order form to send an email to ucontrol@u-controls.com. Please include your name, address, email address and telephone numbers. When your order form is completed and sent, you will receive an email confirmation on the order within 48 hours and a Payment Request. Payment must be made prior to delivery of your merchandise.

• Fax orders - Download and print the Order form. Fill the required information on the form. Please type or print and remember to include your email address. Fax the completed form to: +972-151-52-2941086. You will receive an email confirmation on the order within 48 hours and a Payment Request. Please remember to include your email address. Shipping Cost & Time

We make an extra effort to ship Next Day orders as soon as possible. We do not guarantee same day shipping but, orders placed by 2pm Israeli time frequently do ship the same day depending on availability of product and the shipping workload. The shipping time begins once we have processed, approved, and shipped the order. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. You may check your order's status with the tracking number that will be sent via e-mail.

International Orders

International orders are shipping EMS. Please include the contact person's name, complete shipping address, telephone number, and fax number.

International shipments are exclusive to customs duties, taxes, and/or importation fees, which are to be paid by the customer. We also will not make any false statements on the shipping documents regarding the package contents or its intended usage for the purpose of avoiding those fees.

Warranty Information

All UControl Solutions products are covered from the date of shipment by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period UControl Solutions, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any products determined by UControl Solutions to be defective. Products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or unauthorized repair, as determined by UControl Solutions whether by accident or intent, are excluded from warranty. Consumable products (batteries, fuses, etc.) and mechanical parts failing from normal usage are not covered under this warranty.

All warranty products return to UControl Solutions will provide the following information:

• A general description of the problem and the steps you have taken to resolve the problem.

• Invoice number and the date of purchase (if available), and original purchase order number.

• Name, address, telephone and fax number of the person making the request.

Return products must be enclosed in a sealed anti-static bag to protect it from damage caused by static electricity. Packing material must separate each product returned and placed as a cushion between the products and the sides and the top of the shipping container. UControl Solutions is not responsible for any damage to the product due to inadequate packaging or static electricity.

Damaged shipments

In case of shipping damages, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim. You should inspect the shipment container upon receipt and note any evidence on the freight receipt. If you find concealed damage after opening the container, file a claim with the carries at once. You must retain the shipment container and all materials.

Important note on exchange rates

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Because we are in Israel we have to charge in Israeli Shekels (IS). We will convert your order amount from USD to IS at the Bank-Hapoalim Ltd rate on the day of the transaction. Your credit card may be charged a bit more or less than the listed USD prices to currency fluctuations and exchange charges outside our control. If for any reason you feel you have been overcharged send us your credit card statement and we will cheerfully refund the difference.

Privacy Policy

UControl Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We use the information we collect about you to process your order. When your order, we need to know your name, e-mail, Bill to, and Ship to addresses. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

When you place orders you are using the well-known Paypal secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

By using our WEB site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by UControl Solutions. If we decide to change our police, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
